SMS Terms and Conditions

Focus Handyman operates two separate text messaging programs. You may join either one, both, or neither. You choose which ones you join when you submit a form on our website, and each one is a separate choice.

Service and Estimate Messages

If you opt in to this program, we send text messages about work you have requested or scheduled with us. This includes replies to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, updates on the day of service, and follow-up about work in progress. Message frequency varies based on your project and your activity with us.

Marketing Messages

If you opt in to this program, we send text messages about promotions, seasonal offers, service reminders, and news about Focus Handyman. You can expect up to 4 messages per month. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Terms that apply to both programs

• You must be 18 or older to sign up for either program.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your plan with your mobile carrier.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless.
